Since 1998, the Les Concierges Group, has been a laboratory for the development of employee work force directed services and customer loyalty and retention programs. We aim to create the best and most personalized hospitality experiences for our customers across the world – with a local touch. We are known for our entrepreneurial & leadership positions in each of our service verticals, having been the pioneer of creating such interventions, globally, for the first time.

​Elite Concierge is a joint venture between the globally acclaimed Les Concierges Group and Securisk group in Nigeria.  The Joint Venture brings to the country for the first time two of the biggest brands in the concierge world: Les Concierges (the employee friendly concierge program) and Club Concierge (the luxury lifestyle service). ​

In our business, we believe there to be four core components required to positively engage customers: Time, Value, Service and Access.

  • The first component is Time, which is very important because in our fast-paced world, time is something that is a luxury to many. Saving your employees and customers time is key.
  • Next is Value, specifically providing your employees and customers with something that is a value for the price.
  • Service is the third component of customer engagement. Many people value high-quality customer service above other factors (including price).
  • Finally, people want Access to the people, places and things that resonate with them.

OUR TEAM

Founder

Mr. Pradeep Pahalwani is an accomplished serial entrepreneur with 25 years experience in Nigeria. He is a motivational speaker and life coach.

He got his first degree in Commerce from University of Mumbai, India. He got his masters degree (EMBA) from Lagos Business School (LBS). He has undergone executive educations at IESE (Spain), IIM-Banglore (India) and Harvard Business School.

Mr. Pradeep Pahalwani is known to be a resource person and over the years, he has successfully conducted trainings, specialising in ENTREPRENEURIAL STUDIES and SELF-DEVELOPMENT. He is called upon as Guest speaker at LBS for their EMBA classes. He has been key note speaker at various events / conferences.

He considers Sir Richard Branson as his mentor. He loves to share his experience and is a mentor of many young professionals and entrepreneurs. He is also a mentor on LBSAA platform.

He spends his free time reading. He plays badminton at Ikoyi Club (current Vice Captain) and enjoys stand-up comedy and fondly called as “Oga Piro” in the industry.

He is the current President of Rotary Club of Lagos Palmgrove Estate (District 9110) and happily married (over 20 years) and has a son, who has passion for sports business management.

Chief Operating Officer

Rajni Parashar Mishra is the Chief Operating Officer at Elite Concierge, and leans on work philosophy of “First Time Right Solution”.

She holds her first degree in Commerce from India and her Masters in International Business from Lancaster University. She is a certified Contract Management Practitioner from IACCM UK. She

brings in 9 years of Telecom and IT experience in sphere of Contracts and Commercial Management, having worked with companies like Ericsson, Efkon, & EDS. Her strengths are in domain of Quality Management, PRINCE2, CMMI Implementation, and Six Sigma Methodology.

She is a team player and has received awards like “Performers Award”, “Achievers Award” among others. She has two LSS black belt projects to her credit where the mean duration time was improved by 82% YoY.

She intends to blend the knowledge and best practices from various verticals in Elite Concierge Services to make it the most reliable concierge solution in Africa.

She is joyfully married for over a year and has strong passion for music.

Dr.Ifedapo Adeleye is a Senior Lecturer in Human Resources and Organization at Lagos Business School, Nigeria. Dr Adeleye’s research and consulting engagements revolve around three core areas: strategy practice and execution, performance and reward management, and international business. Dapo actively engages with industry and business leaders, and has completed over a dozen consulting assignments across many sectors, including financial services, professional services, healthcare, consumer goods, telecoms and technology. He has over 30 publications in national and international outlets, and his most recent book, The Changing Dynamics of International Business in Africa was recently published by Palgrave Macmillan, UK. He is currently working on research projects on HR competencies, cross-cultural careers, African leadership, and China-Africa relations.

Dr Adeleye received his PhD in Business Administration from Manchester Business School, after winning the Zenith Bank Distinguished Graduating Student Prize at the University of Lagos for his first degree, and earning two M.Sc. degrees in Economics and in HR from Cardiff Business School. He is a certified Senior Certified Professional in Human Resources of the Society for HRM, USA, and a Wharton School/IFEBP certified Compensation Management Specialist.

Mr. Ejiofor Chukwuelue studied Industrial Chemistry and has an MBA from the Lagos Business School . He has done executive education at IESE, Spain. He has over 15years experience working in the Financial Service sector with specialization in the Aviation and Oil & Gas Industries . He is currently the Vice President of Fossil Fuel Limited , an indigenous Oil & Gas company with presence in Lagos & Port Harcourt . He is happily married with 3 kids.

He spends his free time playing  tennis and loves traveling and exploring countries.

Mr. Kole Jagun B.Sc. (Hons), MBA, FNCS, MCPN has over 25 years Management & Information Technology Consulting experience. Kole is a graduate of Physics from University of Ife, (now Obafemi Awolowo University) with an MBA in Financial Mgt. from Lagos State University. Kole was an Associate Director with Deloitte & Touché Consulting before forming Peers Consulting Limited in 1996, where he is the M.D.

Kole has implemented various projects for key clients in Nigeria, Ghana and Cameroon among other countries. Kole has attended various management and technical trainings in the United State, England, Egypt, South Africa and Ghana. Kole is a Fellow of Nigeria Computer Society (FNCS).He is also a member of Computer Professionals of Nigeria (MCPN). He is chairman (New Generation) at Rotary Club of Lagos Palm Grove Estate (District 9110). Mr.Kole has held various position at Ikoyi Club including Chairman Badminton section.

He is happily married with a daughter, he loves traveling and badminton.
